Products, prices and orders

Review the selected product, configuration, price, delivery address and final total before placing an order. Prices and the currency are shown on the site and at checkout. Item availability can change before an order is completed. A payment or order error should be reported before attempting another charge. Order status and confirmation determine whether an order has been placed; opening a shopping bag or starting a bargain does not place an order.

How assistance works

A personal invitation links an eligible new account to a specific bargain. Assistance is credited only after email verification and eligibility checks. Each accepted helper reduces the campaign’s starting price by 3%–5%, rounded to the currency’s smallest unit and capped at the amount remaining. Existing accounts, self-assistance and duplicate assistance do not qualify. Each helper can receive credit for one assistance across campaigns. Shared networks may require review and do not guarantee automatic credit. Contact customer service if assistance appears incorrectly withheld.

Promotional places and availability

Each product campaign has up to 100 places, including previous allocations. The remaining percentage is displayed on the product and decreases as places are secured. Variants share their product’s allocation. Starting a bargain does not reserve a place or physical stock. Reaching $0 secures a promotional place; physical stock and delivery eligibility are checked when claiming. If a completed bargain cannot be fulfilled, contact customer service for a resolution; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Buy at your earned price

After earning a price drop, you can choose to buy at the current non-zero price. Starting this checkout pauses further assistance and holds a promotional place. Your earned discount applies once to the selected variant and cannot be multiplied by increasing quantity. Extra items, if added, are charged at their applicable prices. The final checkout total is displayed before payment. Keep this checkout link private.

You can resume the same checkout after a failed payment. Before any payment attempt, you may cancel the checkout from your bargain and continue sharing with your earned reductions preserved. Once payment has begun, contact customer service before cancellation to avoid uncertain or duplicate payments. Placing an order completes that bargain; cancellations or refunds do not automatically create a second promotional entitlement.

Zero-price rewards

When a bargain reaches $0, the owner can submit a valid delivery address to claim one item with free shipping. Repeated submission should return the same order, not additional rewards. A zero-price reward has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Product conformity and other mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Shipping, returns and complaints

All orders have free shipping to supported destinations. Read our shipping and 7-day no-reason return policy before ordering. Statutory rights, including longer withdrawal periods where applicable, take precedence. Please report problems by email with your order number.

Fair use and privacy

Do not use automated accounts, fabricated identities or manipulated network information to obtain duplicate assistance. Suspected abuse may be reviewed before credit or fulfilment. We process information as described in our privacy policy. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
