7-day no-reason returns
You may request a return without giving a reason within 7 days after receiving your item. Email freemarket7891@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending an item back; the website or sender’s address may not be a return centre.
Your statutory rights remain
This voluntary 7-day policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights. Where EU/EEA distance-selling withdrawal rules apply, eligible consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. Longer local rights, rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods, and any required remedies take precedence.
Returning an item and refunds
Keep the item, accessories and packaging reasonably safe. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may affect the refund where permitted by law. Return postage and any other lawful conditions will be explained in the return instructions in accordance with applicable pre-contract disclosure requirements and consumer law. Refunds for paid orders are based on the amount actually paid and normally use the original payment method, within applicable legal time limits. A $0 reward has no purchase payment to refund, but rights relating to faulty or misdescribed items remain.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order to supported destinations. Available delivery methods are shown after entering your address. Delivery times depend on the destination, stock and carrier. For an estimate, delivery problem or tracking assistance, email us with your order number. If a destination cannot be served, contact us before ordering or claiming a reward.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Email customer service promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us investigate but do not replace your statutory rights. We will review the case and arrange the remedy required by applicable law. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details.
